Andy Ramage

Coach Business School was founded by Andy Ramage, a high-performance coach, entrepreneur, and global thought leader in behavioural change.

His journey has been anything but ordinary - from professional football to building multimillion-dollar brokerage firms in the finance world. But after hitting what most would consider the peak of success, he found himself unfulfilled. That realisation sparked a deep personal and professional transformation that led him to the science of wellbeing, high performance, and coaching psychology.

Andy went on to co-found the global movement One Year No Beer, supporting over 100,000 people in transforming their relationship with alcohol. He now leads Coach Business School - a training platform built not just to educate, but to transform.

Holding a Master’s in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, Andy combines academic expertise with real-life insight. His mission? To help people like you reconfigure your mind, redesign your reality, and coach with purpose, clarity, and confidence - without burning out or losing yourself along the way.
