About the Course
Across two immersive training days and two live mastermind sessions, you’ll deepen your understanding of ADHD through a coaching lens, explore the neuroscience behind executive function and motivation, and develop the tools, techniques, and mindset to coach ADHD clients with structure and care.
You’ll also have time between sessions to integrate your learning, apply new tools in practice, and return to each mastermind with reflection, supervision-style support, and community insight.
You’ll earn ICF-accredited CCE/CPD hours (Core Competencies & Resource Development), supporting your ongoing professional development and credential renewal.
By the end of the programme, you’ll be able to:
- Coach ADHD clients with structure, flexibility, and compassion
- Work skilfully with parents, teens, and adults impacted by ADHD
- Apply ADHD-aware tools and strategies within your wider coaching practice
- Confidently navigate common ADHD challenges such as focus, motivation, and emotional regulation
- Build a neurodiversity-affirming, ethically sound ADHD coaching practice

With over 20 years in education, extensive coaching experience, and lived experience of neurodiversity, this programme brings together professional knowledge and real-life understanding so you can confidently support your clients.
After a long career in education as a primary school teacher and senior leader, Louise trained as a coach and now specialises in supporting neurodivergent clients across the lifespan.
She is the founder of A Time for Us Coaching and holds an ADHD Coaching Diploma, working 1:1 with parents, teens, and adults, as well as delivering group programmes and professional training.
Louise brings together coaching excellence, evidence-informed practice, and lived experience as a parent of three neurodiverse children.
As lead facilitator for the ADHD Coaching Specialism at Coach Business School, Louise is passionate about raising standards in ADHD coaching and supporting coaches to work ethically, confidently, and effectively with neurodivergent clients.
